Port center is 5.50 inches from top. Port asphalt spans y=4.00 to 7.00 inches.
Main road on Page 1 is x=2.25 to 6.25 inches, 4.00 inches wide.
North/south road ports remain centered at x=4.25 inches.
Page 2 is a facility continuation, not another ROAD-4 tile.
