Print & build · City tile 050
High School
An updated one-page US Letter top-down building and property concept. Print the vector PDF at Actual Size / 100% and check its 1-inch calibration square.
These v2 tiles are diagrammatic prototypes. Parking and turning clearances have not been physically validated. Review the parking standard and QA checklist; larger sites may need more space than one sheet provides.

METAMOTO.FUN CITY BUILDING MODULE 050: HIGH SCHOOL CATEGORY: TOP-DOWN 2D PRINTABLE BUILDING / SITE PLAN DESIGN BRIEF: Multi-page campus with academic wings, gym roof, sports field, track, bus loop, student parking, bike racks, crosswalks and pedestrian-only courtyards. DETAILED CREATIVE DIRECTION: Invent a visually rich, architecturally believable property layout with distinct roof materials, coherent construction geometry, believable parking and vehicle circulation, small landscaping features and precise sidewalk connections. The property must feel like a real place when viewed from directly above, with thoughtful functional zoning and tiny discoveries for children to explore. Make every entrance and exit logically usable. For residential sites, include believable garage/porch relationships; for civic/commercial sites, distinguish public, staff and service zones. Avoid placing printed cars in permanent parking spaces, leaving them free for physical toys. METAMOTO.FUN MASTER ROAD STANDARD Reference: Match existing Road Tile 001 PDF visually and dimensionally. US Letter portrait 8.5 x 11 inches; vector PDF 612 x 792 points; raster equivalent 2550 x 3300 pixels at 300 DPI. Two-way ROAD-4 asphalt width EXACTLY 4.00 inches, two 2.00-inch lanes. This is play-friendly, not strictly 1:64 real-world lane scale. On portrait pages, north/south connection asphalt spans x=2.25 to 6.25 inches, center x=4.25. East/west connection asphalt spans y=3.50 to 7.50 inches measured from top, center y=5.50. Connection centers N(4.25,0), S(4.25,11), E(8.5,5.5), W(0,5.5), in inches measured from upper left. Ports must be full width and perpendicular to the page edge. Match original dark asphalt, dashed yellow centerline, thin white edges, gray sidewalks and green grass. No perspective, cars, shadows, or 3D. Keep road paint aligned at joins. On junctions end centerline dashes before intersection. Include a true 1-inch calibration square in a non-driving location. Do not cover any road port. Preserve road edge continuity. No margins at connection edges: borderless printing or precise trim to page boundary. Print Actual Size / 100%, never Fit to Page. DO NOT shrink a 4-inch road to fit a complex design. If the full-size road geometry, safe turns, parking, or structures will not fit, output a numbered multi-page assembly with an assembly diagram and precise cut/align guides on a separate instruction sheet. Before release verify exact PDF page dimensions, 4-inch port widths, connection positions, calibration square, no clipping, and a physical test against Road Tile 001. TOP-DOWN BUILDING PRODUCTION RULES: - Orthographic 90-degree bird’s-eye view ONLY. No facade perspective, isometric tilt, 3D extrusions, horizon, dramatic cast shadows or side-view doors. Draw roofs, canopies, porches, garage thresholds, patios, paved footprints, vegetation and road markings as seen from directly overhead. - The roofs should read as convincing real architecture: believable roof pitches indicated by ridge/valley lines, shingles/tiles, parapets, gutters, skylights, vents, solar panels, HVAC and rooftop access. Show entries through stoop/canopy/path cues, not vertical walls. - Site plan must be navigable with physical toy cars: a toy car can enter from a matching MetaMoto ROAD-4 connector, drive to garage/parking/bay/curb, turn where required and leave without teleporting. Use wide curved corners and multi-page layouts for necessary turning radii. - Consistent proportions ACROSS ALL MODULES: ROAD-4 street always 4.00 inches total; two lanes 2.00 inches each. Standard small-car parking stall TARGET 1.25 inches wide x 2.75 inches long, aisle TARGET 3.00 inches, driveway TARGET 2.00 inches for one-way toy-car travel and 4.00 inches for two-way access. These are play dimensions, not literal 1:64 engineering scale. Oversize bus/fire/truck spaces and turning radii as needed; never squeeze them to fit. - Preserve road centerline and edge paint only on actual road segments; parking and driveways have their own markings. Keep vehicle paths free of decorative text, clutter and immovable props. Provide accessible curb ramps, sidewalks, walkways, setbacks and safe intersections where appropriate. - A building may occupy one or several US Letter sheets. If it cannot fit at standard size, generate numbered connected sheets, each exactly 8.5 x 11 inches, with exact aligned seam coordinates and a separate assembly map. Never scale down the master road or shrink car bays to force one page. - Make roof footprints and surroundings diverse but aesthetically coherent with existing MetaMoto asphalt gray, sidewalk gray, grass green and clear linework. Include fine realistic details legible at 300 DPI; avoid fake tiny labels that cannot print. - Use a true 1-inch calibration square in a safe non-driving position on a designated sheet; print at 100% actual size. Keep all road port positions exact and continuous. No permanent seam marks across driving surfaces. - Output vector print-ready PDF, 300 DPI JPG/PNG preview, small contact-sheet preview and assembly instructions. Verify dimensions, connector alignment, 1-inch square and physical toy-car clearance. FINAL QA: Print and join against ROAD-4 modules, visually inspect all roof and site details, test toy-car parking and turning, confirm all connectors. REQUIRED ADDENDUM: Apply every rule in 00_PARKING_CIRCULATION_STANDARD_v2.txt. For this tile, if there is no parking or driveway, preserve the roadway and ensure any vehicle access or curbside maneuver is unobstructed. If the geometry cannot fit, expand into a multi-page tile; never reduce the 4-inch road width.
